FP HT is an inspection and manual positioning station for the spacer frame on glass up to 6,000 x 3,300 mm, equipped with movable bars and integrated LED lighting.
The FP HT frame inspection and positioning station stands out for its efficiency in the quality control of glass sheets and in the assisted application of rigid spacer frames. The machine automatically acquires the dimensions of the glass while the mobile bars guarantee less contact with its surface and greater visibility which allows the operator to identify and eliminate any defects. Access inside the inspection area facilitates cleaning of the back part of the sheets.
The FP HT station is suitable for residential and commercial double glazing production, providing quick and safe visual inspection. This solution integrates the possibility of adding dimmable LED lights for dynamic adaptation to any production environment.
