Forel will participate in VETECO 2026, the international trade show dedicated to technologies and solutions for the construction industry, taking place November 10–13 at IFEMA Madrid.
Together with Solutec Glass, Forel’s agent in Spain, we will showcase the FG (Fast Grinder), a solution developed to increase productivity and optimize glass edge processing operations.
Fast Grinder is the only high-speed grinding machine with two processing heads and four spindles, designed to take edge processing productivity to the next level.
The machine combines seaming and high-speed rough flat-edge grinding in a single processing cycle, allowing both operations to be performed without transferring the glass between separate machines. With its two processing heads and four spindles, Fast Grinder is designed to deliver high operating speeds while maintaining the precision required throughout the different processing stages.
The machine can also process shaped glass and can be integrated into automated production lines, meeting the needs of glass manufacturers looking to increase productivity and improve process efficiency.
Throughout the event, visitors will have the opportunity to see the FG in action through on-demand demonstrations and explore its technical features and potential applications.
The Forel team, together with Solutec Glass, will be available to introduce the technology and discuss specific glass processing requirements.
