VW HS is a pioneering industrial washing machine, designed to guarantee impeccable pane cleaning and drying performance.
Made entirely in stainless steel, the machine is equipped with a six-brush system and four washing phases which, combined with the water heating to 60°C and the continuous recirculation, ensures deep-down, hygienic cleaning. The rapid and simultaneous drying of each pane is guaranteed by angled blowers, while a sophisticated system of sensors automatically adapts the washing parameters according to the pane thickness, the presence of Low-E coatings and other variables, ensuring the integrity of the surfaces.
With precise detergent dispensing and the continuous optimisation of the processes, VW HS offers a constant production of clean panes ready for subsequent processing.
