TA HT is a thermoplastic profile applicator that combines efficiency and versatility, increasing insulating glass unit productivity considerably. In addition to guaranteeing precise product positioning, TA HT ensures continuous extrusion with its accumulators that supply the pair of dosing units. With over 40 thermal control points and over 130 heating elements, it ensures a constant and uniform application of the thermoplastic material. In combination with the AP HT pressing unit and the SR HT sealing machine, it completes a production system that enhances uncompromising quality, suited also for triple insulating glass units or other configurations.
