Description
This High Speed line produces insulating glass units with a maximum thickness of up to 65 mm, with applied flexible spacer frame in double or triple configuration. This automated solution is best suited for the residential market and guarantees fast, high-quality processing with high levels of automation that optimises the production process. The line washes and dries the glass panes thoroughly then applies and closes the final corner of the flexible spacer frame automatically. The line then couples, gas fills and presses the glass panes together and finally seals the unit cavity with "hot melt" sealant. This line can also be specified with an integrated quality control system and modules to assist the application of Georgian (muntin) bars.
