FLEXIBLE PROFILE APPLICATOR – HIGH SPEED

AS HS automates and simplifies the application of warm edge flexible spacer frames to the pane surface efficiently and precisely. Its configuration uses standard coils for profile heights of 4.8 and/or 6.4 mm. The module is completed with an automatic coil change station that minimises down times while significantly increasing production. The spacer is supplied with two pre-applied adhesive strips, protected by a film that is automatically removed during the application process. The strips ensure strong and lasting adhesion of the profile to the pane surface. The pioneering technology guarantees linear laying while maintaining the positioning in relation to the pane edge. The inclusion of precision-cut grooves for assembling Georgian bars and the possibility to produce shapes are some of the machine’s optional features. Able to process panes up to 2,500 x 2,000 mm, AS HS is a versatile solution for all companies wishing to extend or diversify its insulating glass range.
