AS ES automates and simplifies the application of the warm edge flexible spacer to the glass sheet surface with efficiency and precision. Its configuration involves the use of standard size coils for profile heights of 4.8 and/or 6.4 mm. The automatic roll change allows for non-stop application avoiding interruptions. The spacer comes with two pre-applied adhesive strips. The strips guarantee a strong and long-lasting adhesion of the profile to the glass surface. The cutting-edge technology guarantees linearity of installation while maintaining positioning with respect to the edge of the glass. Precision-cut grooves for mounting the rails and the ability to make shapes are features that complete the machine's options. Thanks to the ability to process sheets of up to 4,000 x 2,500 mm, Art.
