SQ NL is an in-line digital scanner for quality control that highlights any surface defects on both sides of the pane. It uses a tried-and-tested scanning technology in combination with a light source. Imperfections such as scratches, cracks and chips can be identified using a variable-scale inspection cursor, which can be adjusted by the operator to specific standards. The scanner is usually mounted vertically on the line after the washing machine. Thanks to its versatility, this module can be fully integrated into an insulating glass production line.
