The vertical Art. FG edge-processing machine is an innovative step change solution with two operating heads and four spindles, simultaneously performing two operations: flatedge grinding and seaming, achieving accurate high output production in a single machine cycle.
Two separate vertical bridges are mounted individually with an operating head and in combination with the two horizontal suction cup carriages, allow the four spindles to work the glass edges through dynamic machine sequencing. Not only transforming the process but also the result too.
Designed specifically for high output production, this new solution for vertical edge processing integrates the machine directly before the IGU line process, eliminating
the separate steps within production while enhancing continuous production flow.
