FRAME POSITIONING AND INSPECTION STATION – NO LIMITS

The FP NL frame positioning and inspection station assures excellent quality control for large panes and in the assisted application of rigid spacer frames. The machine automatically acquires the pane size while the mobile bars ensure less contact with their surfaces and greater visibility, allowing the operator to identify and eliminate any defects. Access to the inside of the inspection area, also thanks to the integrated lifting platform, facilitates cleaning the lower part of the pane. The FP NL station is suited for the production of commercial insulating glass, offering rapid and safe visual control. This solution integrates motorised references for precise frame positioning and dimmer-control LED lights for dynamic adaptation to any production environment.
