Description
The Essential line produces insulating glass units with a maximum thickness of up to 65 mm, with either flexible or rigid box spacer systems in double or triple configuration. This automated solution is best suited for the residential market and guarantees consistent, accurate manufacturing output. The line washes and dries the glass panes thoroughly and then depending on specification, applies the flexible spacer frame automatically or manually applies the rigid box spacers. It then couples, gas fills and presses the glass panes together and finally seals the cavity of the insulated glass unit. The line can also be specified with automatic low-emission coating removal, surface defect detection and a station for the application of Georgian (muntin) bars and cork protective pads.
