The Art. VL automatic glass loader uploads large size sheets directly to the cutting line. The maximum glass sheet size is up to Full Jumbo (6,000 x 3,300 mm). At the start of the loading process an independently driven suction cup, creates a gap between the first and second sheet of glass. After this step, compressed air is injected into the gap to ensure complete separation happens. The loader is fully integrated into the cutting lines software allowing the loading process to be automatic.
The loader’s main suction cups are equipped with a special failsafe vacuum system to enhance lifting safety.
