Services are managed by an efficient HELP DESK, which switches the incoming calls to the different technicians. Organized on different shifts, they are at customer's disposal for: SERVICE - for troubleshooting, doubts, explanations or advices. PARTS: for spare parts orders. FOREL REMOTE CONTROL system allows Service technicians to connect to every working machine in the world, monitoring in real time every operation and interacting with the machines. The operator can lead the customer in troubleshooting and, in most cases, problems can be resolved during the phone call/remote connection. Otherwise, FOREL immediately organizes the shipment of the necessary spare parts or a technical intervention. The subject of every call is reported in a database, registering the operations of every machine and the activities of every technician, monitoring continuedly our Service quality.
