From September 16 to 19, Milan hosted a new edition of Vitrum, the international exhibition dedicated to flat glass processing technologies. Every two years, this event brings together professionals and companies from all over the world and represents a key opportunity for us to connect, exchange ideas, and grow.
Once again this year, we chose to be there – presenting our vision and sharing with customers, partners, and visitors the innovation journey we are building. Our booth became a place for dialogue and connections, where we showcased not only our technologies but also our approach to innovation: practical solutions to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in double glazing industry.
The innovations unveiled
At the center of our participation, we presented three key innovations that mark an important step forward for the industry:
Insulating Glass: beyond 20 mm
With the new buffer featuring an integrated thermoplastic frame realignment station, our lines can now process thermoplastic spacer profiles over 20 mm with stability and precision.
Vertical Edge Processing: absolute speed
The highlight of Vitrum 2025 was the unveiling of the new FG – Fast Grinder Machine, designed to perform high-speed seaming and rough edge grinding. Fully integrated into production lines, it streamlines workflows and reduces cycle times, eliminating bottlenecks in insulating glass manufacturing.
Sorting System: integrated logistics
The new end-of-line system fully automates the unloading and storage of finished panels, minimizing downtime and manual handling.
Looking ahead
For us, participating in Vitrum 2025 was much more than a showcase: it was an opportunity to reaffirm our role as a reliable partner for glassworks that aim to grow and innovate.
The technologies we unveiled are not just incremental updates, but solutions born from listening to the market- designed to address today’s challenges and open new possibilities for tomorrow.
