VERTICAL LOW-EMISSION COATING REMOVAL MACHINE – NO LIMITS

The CR NL machine for removing low-emission coatings ensures the perfect preparation of the pane surface prior to the application of the spacer frames and the sealants. Equipped with two synchronised operating heads with peripheral grinding wheels, CR NL works efficiently, drastically reducing the production cycle process times. With the on-board self-learning logic, the machine adapts to straight shapes. When removing the coating, an integrated suction system on both heads removes the dust and residues from the pane surface; moreover, the automatic grinding wheel realignment device ensures that each pane is processed precisely. The adaptation to extra-jumbo sizes up to 9,000 x 3,300 mm is one of the main advantages of the coating removal machine.
