The CR HT vertical edge-edger is the result of innovation in the field of double glazing processing, specifically designed for the removal of low-emissivity (Low-E) coating with maximum precision. Available in four High Tech models, this edge-edger handles glass up to 6,000 x 3,300 mm, both rectangular and shaped. In the case of staggered double glazing compositions, the removal band can even reach 100mm in width. Equipped with two operating heads with peripheral grinding wheels that operate simultaneously, CR HT significantly reduces cycle times. Furthermore, it integrates a sophisticated suction system that collects and eliminates residual dust. While an automatic tool dressing device guarantees continuity and efficiency in the production process.
