PANE TURNING STATION – NO LIMITS

RC NL is an in-line conveyor solution that automatically turns the pane around, guiding the coated pane surface as necessary in accordance with the insulating glass specifications. The machine performs synchronised movements including the 180⁰ rotation of the conveyors, the +/-7⁰ inclination of the rear barrier and the linear movements of the pane support rollers. This version of the rotating tilting conveyor is equipped with a rear air-cushion barrier to facilitate and optimise the processing of very large, heavy units. The station offers greater flexibility, precision and efficiency in the production of complex insulating glass solutions, improving safety compared to manual solutions.
