HOT-MELT SEALING MACHINE FOR INSULATING GLASS – HIGH SPEED

Equipped with two volumetric dosing systems and multi-directional valves to control the flow and direction of the extruded material, the SH HS sealing machine is the automatic hot-melt system for sealing residential insulating glass units. The accurate temperature control and sealant routes ensure the viscosity of the material. A digital potentiometer constantly measures the depth of the cavity to be sealed, communicating the amount to extrude to the system. The dynamic double-suction device has a split configuration that exploits an innovative movement: while the unit to be sealed is completed and placed safely in the unloading area, the next unit is picked and placed in position, reducing the transportation times. The sealing head is equipped with a heated spatula that helps to precisely position the material with a 90° angle, for excellent end results.
