The automatic sealer extrudes and precisely applies the hot-melt sealant for double glazing. With advanced dosing units, it allows accurate and fast sealing of panels with curvatures up to 2.5 mm per meter.
Equipped with a volumetric dosing system and multi-directional valves to control the flow and direction of the extruded material, the SH HS sealer is the automatic hot-melt solution for sealing double-glazed panels in residential and commercial environments. Accurate control of temperature and sealant paths ensures material viscosity. A digital potentiometer constantly measures the depth of the cavity to be sealed, communicating to the system the quantity to extrude. After exiting the press, each unit is measured to determine the thickness of the spacer and glass. The automatic lateral sliding of the supports ensures that the center of the panel is aligned with the extrusion head. Additionally, an active bend sensor allows you to process units with bends up to 2.5 mm per meter. The sealing head is equipped with a heated spatula that helps precisely position the material at a 90° angle, for an optimal final result.
