Advanced glass inversion station with air cushion transport system, for large and heavy glass.
RC ES is an in-line transport solution that automatically inverts the sheet, orienting, where necessary, the glass-covered surface according to the specifications of the insulating glass units. The machine performs synchronized movements involving the 180⁰ rotation of the conveyors, the +/-7⁰ inclination of the rear barrier and the linear movement of the glass support rollers. This version of the tilting rotary conveyor is equipped with an air cushion rear barrier to facilitate and optimize the processing of large and heavy glass panels. This in-line station offers greater flexibility, precision, efficiency and above all safety compared to the manual solution.
