FLAT COUPLING PRESS UNIT WITH GAS FILLING – NO LIMITS

Art. AP NL NO LIMITS
The "No Limits" AP press raises pane processing standards, ensuring the agile production of Jumbo and Extra Jumbo insulating glass units. It assures exclusive non planarity correction performance and extraordinary load capacity.
The revolutionary "No Limits" AP is the definitive solution for processing Jumbo and Extra Jumbo sized insulating glass units. With its unique configuration, this high-performing coupling press can assemble units up to 15 metres long and 3.3 metres high, managing (assembled) thicknesses of up to 100mm and supporting a weight per linear metre of 550kg. Ideal for jobs demanding high precision, the retracting suction cups on the rear plane help to straighten non planarity of up to 2.5mm per linear metre, guaranteeing uniform gas filling and the possibility to work with offset units of up to 1000mm. Able to work with two types of filling gas argon or krypton, the "No Limits” AP adapts to the most challenging production demands, offering flexibility, efficiency and quality.
