ENHANCED VERTICAL WASHER – NO LIMITS

VW NL Washer is an industrial washing machine designed to manage the challenges of large pane processing. Designed to manage extra-jumbo panes up to 9,000 x 3,300 mm with a weight of 250 kg per linear metre, this washing machine has eight brushes that guarantee a complete and high-quality process in four separate phases: pre-washing, complete washing, rinsing and drying. With an eight-brush washing system and water heating to 60°C, it guarantees deep-down impeccable cleaning, even for laminated panes. An optional upstream water filtration and demineralisation ensures that every pane is impeccable, with no residues and ready for the next production process.
