The AP HT press offers solutions for every production need in the glass sector. Its operation guarantees the coupling and pressing of double glazing with extreme precision and versatility.
The AP HT gas-filled press coupler performs the coupling and pressing of double glazing quickly and precisely by means of servo-controlled movement. This machine, equipped with a self-learning system, detects incoming glass to determine thickness, dimensions and required volume of gas. Furthermore, the patented glass curvature control and management system guarantees a high percentage of gas loading, as well as homogeneous pressing along the entire perimeter of the panel. With the option of a double circuit for gas emission, AP HT can use both Argon and Krypton, thus offering versatility of solutions. The ability to manage rigid, flexible, thermoplastic frames and the possibility of filling multiple chambers, even in the case of staggered panels, makes this press the ideal solution for optimizing the production of double glazing, ensuring efficiency, speed and precision.
