Glass scanning system that identifies and documents defects, with high definition monitoring.
SQ HT is an inline digital scanner for quality control by highlighting any surface defects on both sides of a glass plate. It uses proven scanning technology in combination with a light source. Imperfections such as scratches, cracks and chips can be detected using a variable-scale inspection cursor, which can be adjusted by the operator to specific standards. The scanner is normally mounted vertically on the line after the washing machine. Thanks to its versatility, this module can be fully integrated into an insulating glass production line. The SQ HT scanner is capable of scanning glass up to 6000 x 3300 mm in size with absolute precision. All plate quality information is stored internally while file data can be exported and retained for post-production analysis.
