VERTICAL WASHING MACHINE – HIGH TECH

VW HT is an industrial washing machine designed to handle the most demanding loads, ensuring flawless cleaning results even on the largest and heaviest glass sheets. Capable of processing glass sheets up to 6,000 x 3,300 mm with a weight of 200 kg per linear metre, it is equipped with a six brush system (expandable to eight) and a four-phase washing process, to ensure deep and thorough cleansing. Thanks to water heating and automatic detection systems, VW HT adapts to any type of glass, preserving its integrity. Safety is guaranteed by an emergency system which automatically cuts off the air supply in the event of machine stoppage in the drying area. Additional options such as water heating to 60°C and upstream water filtration and demineralisation ensure that each sheet of glass is flawless, residue-free and ready for the subsequent production process.
