FH NL was designed to handle large frames, with a capacity of up to 4300 mm x H=2000 mm. Its structure has 66 transversal rods: each rod with 11 hooks guarantees the safe and efficient transportation of the spacer frames applied after the butyl application unit. Each component is calibrated to guarantee safe, uniform distribution, essential for efficient production control and synchronised coupling with the panes on the production line. Positioned strategically, it facilitates the integration with the frame positioning stations on the insulating glass unit production lines, optimising the work flows and reducing manual handling.
